tq777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested for this purpose. If the required documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Security & Responsibility
3.1 Password Protection
Keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You should not allow any third party to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the tq777 support team immediately. tq777 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from failure to report in a timely manner.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved will be closed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tq777 currently supports transactions through the following methods:

4.2 Minimum Amounts
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
After a successful request, withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, in exceptional circumstances, additional verification may be required, which can extend the processing time.
4.4 Same Method Policy
For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method you used for your most recent deposit. tq777 may request additional verification in certain cases.
4.5 Own Account Only
You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Transacting through third-party accounts is prohibited, and any such funds may be forfeited.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at tq777 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 would reach the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry date, and the bonus will be cancelled once that date has passed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account cancellation.
- tq777 reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.
- Attempting to collect bonuses using fake accounts is prohibited and may result in penalties.
5.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits
tq777's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 0.7%, and Gold offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Opportunities for tier advancement depend on your consistent activity.
Gaming Policy & Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Commitment
tq777 is committed to providing a high-quality gaming experience. The outcomes of all games on our platform are determined by impartial algorithms and are secured with SSL encryption.
6.2 Technical Interruptions During Play
If your internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, the session is automatically saved. Once you reconnect, you can continue from where you left off. tq777 does not accept responsibility for losses caused by disconnection.
6.3 Finality of Game Results
Game results determined by the system are final. No result will be changed except in cases of clear technical error. If you have a complaint, you can contact the support team — we always review matters impartially.
6.4 Sports Betting Policy
Before placing a bet on any available sports betting market, you must read the relevant rules and definitions for that sport carefully. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with tq777's operational policy.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tq777 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or bonus arbitrage.
- Using software, bots, or automated programs to conduct games or betting.
- Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users or staff.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or causing damage to the system.
- Registering or transacting using a false identity.
- Colluding with other players to attempt to influence the outcome of a game.
- Transacting using a third party's financial account.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 tq777's Rights
tq777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without stating a reason — particularly if:
- There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
- Indications of fraudulent activity are found.
- Identity verification fails.
- The account remains inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify the support team. It is advisable to withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing the account.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
